The Fucked Up Therapist

Are you sure? Why would you do that? Why call yourself fucked up? It’s not going to go down well. Why would someone go and see a therapist who says he’s fucked up and calls himself The fucked up Therapist ?

Well, you know, or maybe you don’t, but here’s the catch. 99.9% of families are somehow dysfunctional should we seek to define normality. Within these families are people, like you and I, so called human beings, friends, colleagues, acquaintances, people we have met once, and all those whom we haven’t connected to, out of the 8 billion humans living on the planet.

You know, those people you look up to, some you might even put on a pedestal, those celebrities, or those friends which from the outside seem perfect, have the perfect life, the perfect wife or husband, awesome kids, the job, the house, the career, and everything that society might stand for. Any element which you might look at, from a place or form of emotional attachment, which we may call judgment too.

Well, All these people, me included, and you included, have something in common. We are not perfect, and that’s what makes us amazing and perfectly imperfect.

Shadows & darkness

People frown upon talking about their shadows, their dark sides (which are not demons, just what we don’t bring out to light too often), and since I’ve been exploring myself and going through quite a lot of stories from my clients (for whom i can’t obviously talk about here, as i am held to secrecy), well what I can say is that the more we can assume and take ownership of every part of ourselves, the easier it gets.

So from there rose the Fucked up Therapist. It’s so shameful that Google prevented me from naming my business that way, and that social media cut me off, until i recovered my accounts and decided that I should shut this part down to find my light and bring light elsewhere.

Are you fucked up ? Sure… to some extent, according to someone, and even to your own self-judgment. Is your family Fucked up ? Yes, certainly too. Is that a bad thing ? That’s where the whole story lies… it’s about perspective, alignment, and finding balance between your own human paradoxes.

From Fucked up Families, rise Fucked up People, and within those… there is me, Olivier Borgognon, also known as the Fucked up Therapist.

Ownership & honour

It’s about ownership, with no attachment nor identity. My fucked up is not yours, and nor is yours mine. My growth comes from my observation, and accompanying my clients on their own path, seeking their own light, comes from connecting to that part of them, deeply hidden, in the shadows of their being… Subconsciously, energetically, it’s hidden… deep inside, within layers, of layers, of layers… of what isn’t, in order to polish the gem, and under pressure from within, bring the diamond to shine, in the dark caves it’s been hidden away from the world.

So how can this be positive ? Well it’s finally quite simple. By doing something which represents me fully, honouring my deepest intuition, my soul, my path, i’m taking a crazy route off social media, i’m believing that nothing can’t be cured, even if today we can’t prove it, and I believe that we are here, to explore the deepest levels of energy & unconscious collective programming known to mankind at this stage, in order to evolve together, and individually.

To do that, and reach new levels, we are asked to push back boundaries of conformity, not because it’s negative or should be destroyed, but to honour our individuality, which in terms, allows for growth of the collective.

From within we rise, from inside we discover, and deep inside, we allow ourselves to be.

That’s why I’ve been creating a community over whatsapp, and creating retreats, workshops, individual sessions and programs. Allowing the broken to let the light shine out, allowing the amazingly fucked up people you are, to see how beautiful they are, just on their path, and how you can shine, and make the world the most amazing place… by honouring every part of you.

So, that might be, to some, fucked up in a negative way… but for me, it’s totally the opposite, and it’s an honour to be The Fucked Up Therapist and allow every cell in my body to bring another layer of awareness to whom feels drawn to it.

Talk soon,

xx

Olivier
